By requesting a repair quote or scheduling a technician, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Requests and Diagnostics
Copier Repair Fort Wayne provides expert onsite diagnostics and mechanical repair for business-class office equipment.
- Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic fee applies to all onsite visits. This fee covers the technician’s travel to your Fort Wayne location and the initial assessment of the hardware.
- Quotes: Repair estimates provided after diagnostics are valid for 10 business days. Prices may fluctuate based on the current market cost of specialized parts.
- Onsite Access: The client must provide a safe work environment and authorized access to the equipment during our standard operating hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
2. Parts and Labor Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work in Northeastern Indiana with a dedicated service guarantee.
- Labor Warranty: All repair labor performed by our Catalpa Street team is warranted for 30 days. If the same mechanical failure occurs within this window, we will return to re-evaluate at no additional labor cost.
- Parts Warranty: Replacement parts (toners, drums, fusers, etc.) are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty (Xerox, Canon, Sharp, etc.).
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by operator error, the use of third-party “knock-off” supplies, or damage resulting from electrical surges.
3. Payment and Billing

4. Technical Limitation of Liability
- Data Backup: It is the sole responsibility of the client to back up any data stored on the hard drives of multifunction printers (MFPs) or scanners. Copier Repair Fort Wayne is not liable for data loss during hardware replacement or firmware updates.
- Downtime: While we strive for same-day service in Allen County, we are not liable for any consequential damages or lost business revenue resulting from equipment downtime or delayed parts shipping.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes or legal claims arising from services provided by our hub shall be settled in the courts of Allen County, IN.
